The Voice of Tigers (VoT) said in it's night news broad cast today that two of their fighters, Vettri (Nathan Wimalarajan, Jaffna) and Suthanithan (Vetharalingam Nagenthran, Amparai) were killed in a confrontation with the Sri Lankan army near Mankulam yesterday.

The Sri Lankan army, however, claimed today that fifteen Tigers were killed in a confrontation with the LTTE yesterday in the Mankulam sector.
