Policemen interdicted for failing to carry out checks

One inspector and three constables of the Sri Lanka Police have been interdicted on a complaint that they had failed to check buses and other vehicles at Mathavaachchi checkpoint to ensure that no explosives and other banned items are taken, according to instructions.



Deputy Inspector General of Police of the North Central Province Mr.K.P.P.Pathirana issued the interdiction order.
