SLA arrests 15 Tamil youths in Ka'luvaagnchikkudi

Sri Lanka Army (SLA) arrested fifteen Tamil youths on suspicion
following the killing of two TMVP Pillayan group operatives including
the deputy chairman of Ma'nmunai South Eruvilpattu Piratheasa Chapai
(Pradeshiya Sabah) Monday in Eruvil, 35 km south of Batticaloa,
sources in Ka'luvaagnchikkudi said.
The 15 Tamil youths, arrested in the SLA search following the above
killings, are being held in Ka'luvaagnchikkudi police station for
interrogation, the police said.
Unidentified armed men shot and Killed Deputy Chairman, Aiyaathurai
Pushpanathan, 28 and Arasakonpillai Mohanathas, 26, a member of
Ma'nmunai PS, Monday around 1:30 p.m.
