Upcountry Tamil reported missing in Colombo

A thirty-eight-year old Up Country Tamil was reported missing in Colombo since September 21 Sunday evening, according to complaints lodged with the Grandpass Police and with Civil Monitoring Committee by his relatives.

Sinnasamy Thiruchelvam, residing Navagampura in Grandpass in Colombo-14, left home around 4:00 p.m. to his work place located along Messenger Street in Colombo-12, and has failed to return home.

The victim is a native of Mecca Estate in Maskeliya division in Nuwara Eliya district in central province.

Mr. Sinnasamy had been living in Colombo for several years.
