White van squad abducts Tamil accountant in Ampaa'rai

Unidentified armed men arriving in a white van abducted Wednesday around 1:00 a.m a Tamil accountant attached to Thirukkoayil Multi Purpose Society, from his house in Thirukkoayil, according to his wife's complaint with Thirukkoayil police.

The accountant abducted is Sangarapillai Santhakumar, 37, a resident of Akkarasa Pi'l'laiyaar Koayil Veethi in Thirukkoayil 1, Ampaa'rai district. Santhakumar was asleep in his house with his wife and children when the armed men came to his house. Thirukkoayil police are investigating into the abduction.
