White van armed men abduct Tamil woman in Vavuniyaa

A Tamil young woman was abducted by unidentified armed persons who arrived in white van Thursday afternoon around 12:30 p.m. when she was staying in her relative's house at Barathipuram in Vavuniyaa police division, according to complaints lodged by her mother with the police Friday.

The victim has been identified as Muthusami Renukadevi, 28.
