A twenty-one-year old student from Suthumalai North in Maanippaay is reported missing since 6 August from his house according to a complaint registered with Human Rights Commission (HRC) Jaffna office Tuesday by his mother.

The missing student is Rathakrishnan Sukumar, 21. Sukumar went to Changuveali in Maanippaay Tuesday and had gone missing after returning home, Sukumar’s mother Rathakrishnan Thangachchiyamma said in her complaint.
