Body of woman recovered in Araali sea in Jaffna

Vaddukkoaddai police recovered the body of a woman estimated to be in late sixties caught in the net of a fisherman fishing in Araali seas Tuesday. Araali Village Officer said that none had been reported missing from his area. Meanwhile, police suspect that the woman was killed and dumped into the sea.

Police handed over the body to Jaffna Teaching Hospital mortuary.
