Two SLA soldiers killed

Two Sri Lanka Army (SLA) soldiers were killed in a counter-ambush by the Liberation Tigers near Mahindapura SLA camp in Serunuwara division, south of Trincomalee district, around 7.30 a.m. Tuesday morning, security sources said.

Another soldier who was wounded in the attack was taken to the Anuradhapura hospital in the north central region, the sources said.

Meanwhile the Muttur Police Tuesday morning arrested a fourteen-year-old Tamil boy, Kirupairajah Paskar for interrogation.
