TNA parliamentarians led by its group leader R. Sampanthan entered the well of the House when the parliament resumed its sittings Wednesday morning with black bands and sat on the ground just in front of the Speaker's podium. The normal business of the House commenced immediately after Speaker W.J.M.Lokkubandara, occupied his seat. However the Speaker adjourned the sitting for about ten minutes when members of the house could not tolerate the bad smell emanate inside the House.
