Jaffna GA's service extended

Public Service Administration (PSA) of Sri Lanka Government extended Jaffna Government Agent (GA), Mr. K. Ganesh's service with effect from October 1 until further notice. Mr. Ganesh, already on extension after retirement, was generally expected to be replaced with a Sri Lanka Army (SLA) Officer, sources in Jaffna said.

Ministry of Public Administration will soon meet to decide on the person to succeed Mr. K. Ganesh, who will continue to function as Government Agent for Jaffna district, Jaffna Secretariat sources said.
