4 youths shot dead in Horowopottana

Four youths were shot dead at a spot along Anuradhapura-Horowopottana road in the north central province Tuesday afternoon around 2.30, according to media reports in Colombo.

Media reports further quoted military spokesman in Colombo said the dead were members of the LTTE and soldiers had recovered three claymore mines and T56 rifles from them.
