Motorbike men rob 3 million cash from bank customer in Batticaloa

Two unidentified men who arrived in a motor bike robbed three million rupees cash from a person who came to deposit in a bank in Ka'luvaagnchik-kudi in Batticaloa district Thursday morning. The robbers are alleged to have grabbed the bag with the cash as the victim was about to enter the bank branch, police said.

The suspects had later fled from the scene on the motor cycle.
