Victims of Torture Day commemorated

A one-day seminar to mark the UN International Day in support of Victims of Torture will be held on Monday (26.06.2000) morning at Trincomalee Elephant House Hall.

Trincomalee Family Rehabilitation Center has organized this seminar.

Mr.T.Thavasilingam, Chairman of the Consortium of Trincomalee District Non-governmental Organizations will inaugurate the seminar.
