Second session of talks between the LTTE and the Sri Lankan government commenced at the Rose Garden Resort in Thailand.

Conflict resolution: Norwegian Deputy Foreign Minister, Vidar Helgesan (head of the table) chairs the meeting. To the left is the LTTE delegation, comprising (l-r) Mr Tamilselvan, Head of the movement’s Political Wing, Mrs Adele Ann Balasingham, Secretary to the team, Chief Negotiator Anton Balasingham (out of view), and Col.
