Later the delegation met officials at the Glencree Center for Reconciliation in Dublin.

Thamilchelvan briefed the Irish officials the current state of the peace process and the impediments to peace arising from inconsistent positions adopted by the constituents of the ruling United Peoples Freedom Alliance (UPFA).

The LTTE delegation also exchanged with the Irish officials experiences gained in the peace processes in Ireland and in Sri Lanka.

The LTTE delegation later met with officials of the Glencree Center for Reconciliation. LTTE's Constitutional Affairs Committee met at the same Center in October 2003 to finalize the Interim Self-Governing Authority (ISGA) proposals.
