Four more civilians have been reported missing after they went to see their abandoned house in the Vanni, Vanni protest strike continues as the signature campaign comes to an end today and rainfall continues in the Vanni.

Four more civilians reported "missing"

Four displaced civilians who went to inspect their abandoned houses in Maarailuppai in Nedunkerni have been reported missing. They fled from Maarailuppai in May last year after the Operation Jeyasikurui was launched.

Kandasamy Paavendran (31) father of 4 children, his brother Kandasamy Vijayaratnam (25), Kandiah Rasiah father one and V.Ratnam (50) father of 5 children are the persons missing.

All of them were residents of Odusuddan.
