Prolonged checking at SLA check posts and the sudden closure of main roads to enable SLA convoys of vehicles to pass through have in earlier occassions prevented candidates sitting for the examination being delayed, or prevented from appearing for the examinations, the Education Officials told the SLA commander.

If candidates are clad in school uniforms and in possession of Admission Cards and other relevant documents when they appear at SLA check posts, they will be given priority to go through checking, Major. Chandrasirr, had said.

All candidates should be in their respective examination halls before 8:30 a.m on the days when examinations are held and there will be no SLA convoys of vehicle passing before 8:30 a.m on examination days, he assured.
