Government Agent in Mullaithivu gets medicine from Mannar for his asthmatreatment and an SLA soldier is wounded in Muttur.

A Sri Lanka army soldier was wounded when the Liberation Tigers attacked an army foot patrol in the early hours of the morning today in Palathoppur in the Muttur area, south of Trincomalee town, Sri Lankan security sources said.

Officials in Mannar have sent vital drugs to Mr.R.Tharmakulasingam, the Government Agent in the Mullaithivu district, who is suffering from asthma, by boat from Mannar island sources said.
