“Depriving franchise would pose serious problems”- Cushnahan

Nimalarajan murder suspect arrested

The Kayts Police in Jaffna district Tuesday arrested the absconding suspect Mr.Kanthasamy Jegatheeswaran alias Jegan in the Journalist Mylvaganam Nimalarajan murder case. The Jaffna Magistrate Mr.R.T.Viknarajah last week issued open warrant on the suspect when he failed to appear in court, legal sources said.

Girl sexually assaulted by EPDP cadre

Election arrangements in Trincomalee district finalized

Jaffna university students protest against attack
