North East Irrigation and Agriculture project(NEIAP) Assistant Engineer Logesh Premalatha, 28, was shot by two unknown gunmen at her residence in Theaththaatheevu in Ka'luvaagnchikkudi Wednesday around 6:20 a.m. Ms. Premalatha succumbed to her injuries at the hospital, Police said.
