Two casualties in Morakkoddanchenai

A Sri Lanka Army soldier was killed and another wounded when the Liberation Tigers fired at a sentry post in front of Morakkoddanchenai SLA camp, 25 km. north of Batticaloa, around 3 p.m. today. Investigate youth's death, urge Periyakulam residents

Young mother gang-raped and murdered
