SLAF Helicopter damaged

An airforce Mi-17 helicopter was heavily damaged by LTTE fire while it was attempting to land at the Olumadu SLA camp around 2.30 this afternoon. Seven soldiers in the helicopter were wounded, according to intial unconfirmed reports from Vavuniya.
