3 youths reported missing in Jaffna

Two youths have gone missing at Sathira Junction along Hospital Road, Jaffna Friday at different times in broad daylight, according to complaints registered by their relatives with the Human Rights Commission (HRC) Jaffna office Friday. Meanwhile, a student of Jaffna Technical College (JTC) was reported missing from Monday, HRC sources in Jaffna said.

Rasalingam Rajaratnam, 27, went missing Friday around 10:30 a.m on his way to college from his house at Palaly Road in Thirunelveli.

Theiventhiran Piratheepan, 28, from Kokuvil was reported missing Friday afternoon as he was returning home from Jaffna town.

JTC student, Kanthasamy Purushothaman, 22, from Poovalkarai, Point Pedro, Vadamaradchi, had gone missing Monday on his way to college.
