2 Tamil civilians reported missing in Colombo

Two Tamil civilians residing in Colombo have been reported disappeared since January 11 with the van they were traveling, according to complaints lodged with the Kotahena and Borella police by their wives on Monday.

Ratnasamy Paramananthan, 47, of Magazine Road in Borella and his brother-in-law Pakkirisamy Loganathan, 51, of Kotahena left in a white colored Dolphin van to Wellampitya on January 11.

Both have failed to return home and have been reported disappeared with the vehicle they were traveling towards Wellampitya, according to complaints with the police.

Both took their mobile phones with them, and both phones were reported dead after one hour they left home in their vehicle, relatives said.
